Size Guide

Book On-Line to reserve and secure your unit and move in date for a nominal £10.00 fee. You will then receive booking confirmations telling you all you need to know. You do not need to pay again until move in day.
When you arrive you will be provided with a ‘Welcome Pack’ detailing the facility use which includes your personal security key and fob.

Availability

Trolleys and sack trucks are available so you can unload and organise your unit at your leisure, locking it with the cylinder lock provided and then use your key fob to come and go 7am-7pm 7 days a week knowing that your belongings are safe and secure.

The half price offer is conditional on a minimum of a thirteen week or longer stay.

If you store for 6 weeks you would pay for 8 weeks as payment is billed 4 weeks at a time however if you give notice 14 days prior to the 6 weeks overpaid rental days are refunded after you vacate.

Our minimum store period is 4 weeks, you can stay for less but would pay for four weeks.

Our minimum store is 4 weeks and then the contract rolls over every 4 weeks until 14 days written notice is given.

A deposit is required and is equal to four weeks storage cost, it is invoiced and payable on your 1st storage invoice, it is refundable when you vacate.

We give the first 8 weeks free storage protection, after the 8 weeks you can continue with our protection or cancel by completing the form cancellation form

No, we supply you with our unique cylinder lock for just a £10.00 deposit which also includes your entry fob to the facility – this £10.00 deposit is refundable when you vacate and return the cylinder lock, keys and access fob to the facility’s office.

We invoice four weeks at a time and this payment is in advance.

We do not accept cash or cheques. Our preferred payment method is direct debit, the mandate can be set up via our website ‘Payments’ Page or payment can be by credit or debit card online via our website ‘Payments’ page.

No, however our access times are 7am to 7pm seven days a week.

Our facility is temperature controlled, we distribute warm air in the winter to keep at a constant 10 degrees centigrade

You can have items sent here but you would need to be present to accept them.

There is easy parking of vehicles whilst you are accessing the facility.

The units are of steel construction, we have 24/7 CCTV surveillance, Intruder alarm, Secure entry system, and individual locks for each unit, ensuring the highest level of security. Outside of our access times we are in a secure gated compound.

No we do not have a master key, you are the only one that has keys to your unit.

Inform us immediately and we put a temporary block on your access fob free of charge, if you find them then we will restore access. However if you really can’t find we will arrange a locksmith for you.

Our notice period is 14 days’ written notice, once given we will advertise your unit so please be sure you are vacating as we cannot guarantee you could stay on receipt of the notice.

The van can be used to bring your items into storage subject to its availability, our van terms are found under ‘Documents’ on each page of this website.

Two types available – 1st we collect you and your items for you to put into storage 2nd type is ‘collection’ only where we collect only your items and store them for you – ideal for overseas students who do not require access to your belongings during holiday period. You can reserve a storage unit 21 days prior to your proposed ‘move in’ date.

You are welcome to visit us we are the only self storage company open every weekend or give us a call 01179 516325 to make an appointment.

We can offer a 50% discount for the first 8 weeks, this is conditional on a minimum of a thirteen week store

Two types of ID is required, one photographic (passport, drivers licence) and one proof of address (utility bill or bank statement).

At present we are unable to offer either vehicle or caravan storage.
